The short version: Use Wheespr to have real conversations without sharing your identity. Don't use it to harm others. Conversations disappear automatically. That's the deal.
By downloading, installing, or using the Wheespr application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amir Darahmed (micro-entreprise, France), the operator of Wheespr.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wheespr. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by the laws of your country.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age.
You sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple or Google account. You may not transfer your Wheespr account to another person.
You choose a username (handle) that represents you within the App. You agree not to choose a username that impersonates another person, is offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
Wheespr allows you to have private, ephemeral conversations with other users via a unique invite code or QR code. All conversations are automatically deleted after their expiry period — once deleted, they are permanently and irreversibly gone. Do not use Wheespr as a primary storage method for important information.
Wheespr Plus includes everything in the free plan, plus:
Conversations initiated via a permanent code follow the same 30-day auto-deletion rule. Modifying or deleting a permanent code does not affect conversations already in progress. You are solely responsible for how and with whom you share your permanent codes.
You agree to use Wheespr only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to:
⚠️ Any use of Wheespr to share, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you share within Wheespr conversations. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
All intellectual property related to Wheespr — including the name, logo, design, and code — belongs to Amir Darahmed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Wheespr is committed to maintaining a safe environment. You can report abusive, harmful, or illegal content or behaviour through the following channels:
We commit to reviewing all reports within 48 hours and taking appropriate action, which may include warning, suspending, or permanently terminating the reported account.
Reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or imminent threats to safety will be escalated immediately to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), users located in the European Economic Area have the right to report illegal content and to appeal any moderation decision made in response to their report. To submit an appeal, contact abuse@wheespr.app with the subject line "Appeal".
Wheespr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted through the App. You use the App at your own risk.
Conversations are ephemeral by design. We are not responsible for any loss of content resulting from the automatic deletion of conversations upon expiry.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amir Darahmed (Wheespr) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time within the App. Upon deletion, your account data and any active conversations will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Your continued use of Wheespr after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
